Telehealth for Orlando residents · Main clinic and headquarters in Pasadena, California
Alpha Hormones® · Orlando, Florida
From Winter Park to Lake Nona, Orange County residents reach Alpha Hormones® entirely through telehealth. We are a physician-led practice focused on hormone, metabolic and longevity medicine, and our Orlando patients include women weighing BHRT for menopause symptoms, men seeking a careful testosterone evaluation, and adults interested in medical weight management or peptide therapy. Your first step is a video consultation where a Florida-licensed provider listens, reviews prior records if you have them, and recommends which labs make sense before any plan is set.
How Care Works From Orlando
After you book with Alpha Hormones®, you meet by video with one of our five Florida-licensed providers: Dr. Rotana Steven Tek, D.O., Julianne Humason, FNP-BC, Marcus Lee, FNP-C, Monikeo Williamson, FNP-BC, or Kellie Klein, PA-C. That visit covers your symptoms, medical history and goals. If labs are needed, our team arranges them at a draw site in the Orlando area rather than asking you to come to California.
Once results are in, a second video visit walks through findings and options. Whether a prescription is appropriate depends on your clinical evaluation and Florida regulations, so nothing is decided in advance. From there, check-ins continue online at intervals your provider sets, with repeat labs ordered locally as your plan calls for them. Questions between visits go to our Pasadena clinic team.

The Alpha Hormones® Difference
Your symptoms, health history, test results, and goals guide the conversation. Together, we discuss care options so you understand the next steps.
When testing is needed, your provider explains the results. These findings help guide treatment decisions and a plan to monitor your progress.
As care continues, follow-up visits and testing help your provider check your response. You can also ask questions and discuss changes to your plan.
The Alpha Hormones® Team
All of our providers are licensed in Florida.
Insurance and Payment
We work with many PPO insurance plans. Our team can review your eligibility and benefits before you choose self-pay or an Alpha Membership plan. Coverage varies by plan, location, provider, and service, and verification does not guarantee coverage or payment.

Questions Before You Book
Most Alpha Hormones® services are built around conversation, lab review and ongoing monitoring, which suit video visits. That includes women's BHRT, testosterone evaluation, thyroid care, medical weight management and longevity medicine. Some concerns call for a hands-on exam. If your provider feels one is needed, they will explain why and may recommend seeing a local clinician in person rather than proceeding without it.
No. Florida patients are cared for by telehealth only, and visits to our Pasadena clinic are not part of the plan. Your consultations, lab review and follow-ups all happen by secure video with providers licensed in Florida, and lab draws are coordinated at a site near you in Central Florida. That keeps your care close to Orange County even though our team is based in California.
Continuity matters in hormone care, and we aim for it. When you book follow-ups, you can request the provider you saw before, and our team will try to schedule with them. Because all five Alpha Hormones® providers are licensed in Florida, there is also flexibility if you need an earlier opening with someone else on the team who can review your chart.
Your provider will explain when telehealth is not enough and what the next step should be. Our physical clinic is in Pasadena; if you are farther away, you may need care from a clinician near you. Telehealth is not an emergency service; call 911 for a medical emergency.
Bring a list of your current medications and supplements, any lab results from the past year, and a short summary of your symptoms and when they started. If you plan to use insurance, have your card ready. This helps your provider make good use of the visit and recommend the right testing.
We work with many PPO plans, and our team can check your benefits before your first visit. Benefits vary by plan, and a verification does not guarantee coverage. Self-pay and Alpha Membership options are also available. Call (213) 334-4111 to review your options.
Any prescription depends on your provider’s evaluation, your lab results and the rules of the state you are in. If treatment is appropriate, your provider explains the plan, and our team helps coordinate pharmacy details and follow-up. Some therapies use compounded medications, which are not FDA-approved, and your provider will explain what that means for you.
