AlphaHormones is seeking skilled and compassionate Physician Assistants to join our medical team. The ideal candidates will work closely with physicians to provide high-quality care to our patients. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies.
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of practice.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Perform minor procedures and assist in surgeries as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with medical advancements.
Qualification
Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant.
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
