Alpha Hormones® is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistants to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will provide essential support to physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our medical facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist physicians with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Take and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and administer injections or medications as directed by a physician.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Handle administrative tasks, including answering phones, filing, and managing electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients on treatment procedures, medications, and health maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
